Asset Size: 75+ Beds/Units
Business Acquisition: Home Services & Healthcare Fields
Asset Condition: Stabilized or Light Value-Add, 1990's Construction or Newer Preferred
Asset Type: Senior Living (IL, AL, SNF, or any combination), Market-Rate Multifamily, Retail
Deal Size: $10M+
Deal Type: Development or Acquisition
